IF MOTOR START FROM 2 PLACE
IN THIS CIRCUIT BOTH PLACE WORKING PARALLEL
ACCORDING TO PIC NO 1.
FIRST MCB, ON WHEN THE START PUSH BUTTON IS PRESSED, THE TIMER AND K3 CONTACTOR ENERGIZED AND THEN K1 CONTACTOR ENERGIZED THROUGH K3 NO AND CIRCUIT GOT HOLD WITH K1 NO AND RELEASED THE START BUTTON,
AND MOTOR START RUNNING IN STAR,
AFTER COMPLETE THE TIME IN TIMER CHANGE STAR TO DELTA , FIRST K3 CONTACTOR OFF AND THEN K2 CONTACTOR ENERGIZED AND MOTOR START RUNNING IN DELTA,
AND WHEN YOU PRESS THE STOP BUTTON THE CIRCUIT ARE OPEN AND MOTOR ARE STOPPED.
INDICATIONS
- The lamp ON indicates the Motor Running.
- The Lamp OFF Indicates the Motor in STOP Condition
- The Lamp TRIP Indicates the MOTOR are Overloaded Condition.
NOTE
- K1 = MAIN CONTACTOR
- K2= DELTA CONTACTOR
- K3= STAR CONTACTOR
- T= TIMER
- NO= NORMALLY OPEN
- NC= NORMALLY CLOSED
